Our Process
The setup time for our tents varies based on size, typically taking between 3 to 6 hours. To ensure a smooth installation, please identify the locations of any underground utility lines prior to our installation. Our tents are secured using 36-inch ground stakes for optimized safety,
Once your tent is securely in place, it’s ready for you to enjoy! When your event concludes, our team will efficiently breakdown, generally taking 2 to 4 hours.

After a decade in the events industry, Eclipse Shade & Space founder Sam Hammer developed a deep passion for creating unique and immersive event spaces. Sam has worked with various event structures, and continues to be drawn to the beauty, versatility, and organic aesthetic of stretch tents.
In his search for the highest-quality stretch tents, Sam extensively researched manufacturers worldwide and discovered an exceptional supplier in South Africa. Their craftsmanship and dedication to durability and design aligned perfectly with his vision for sophisticated, stylish, and long-lasting tent solutions. Inspired by the potential of these tents, he set out to bring this innovative concept to a broader audience. With a commitment to quality, design, and seamless execution, Sam ensures that every event is transformed into an extraordinary experience.
Now, back on the East Coast, Sam has rooted Eclipse Shade & Space in a mission to elevate outdoor events by offering a premium, tailored approach to event shading.
